LocationA Traditional Village house in the Troodas MountainsThis traditional stone built village house is situated in an old village deep within the Troodas Mountains. The views from the gardens are spectacular, looking onto vine fields and then all the way out to the sea. The countryside is bountiful of colour and boasts beautiful scenery as far as the eye can see. Pachna is the last remaining village that breeds donkeys which were traditionally the traditional mode of transport, as well as the main worker in the vine fields.
The location gives easy access to both Paphos and Limassol both being about a 30 minutes drive away. The Troodos Mountains are only 15 minutes away and for those of you who wish to experience mountain village life this is a must. The village life in Cyprus is an experience you will enjoy and want to experience again and again. The people are friendly and welcoming and in the time we have been here there is always someone who is willing to tell you all about the history of the village in the mountain.
